HIV Social Worker I

In the role of HIV Social Worker I, in the department of Medicine, you will provide community based medical case management social work services to people living with HIV receiving care in the Froedtert Infectious Disease Clinic. Medical social work services may include care coordination, benefits access, treatment adherence, basic health literacy education, prevention, and counseling. Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team serving a specialized population of HIV patients.

Social Worker II

In this role, you will provide clinical services within a State of Wisconsin certified outpatient mental health and AODA outpatient clinic including individual, couples, family and/or group psychotherapy for adults with a diverse range of mental health concerns.

Coding Specialist II

A Coding Specialist II performs coding and related duties using established billing office policies in an accurate and timely manner. Acts as the primary contact with physicians, department administrators, hospital and/or clinical department administrators and their support staff and billing staff. Coordinates professional service billings for selected clinical departments.
 

Coding Specialist IV

A Coding Specialist IV serves as expert resource regarding all aspects of documentation, coding, and billing. Support supervisor and team by guiding and directing specific employees in their day to day job functions. Trains new and existing staff. Provide cross coverage for multiple specialty areas. Investigate and resolve issues pertaining to charge capture, billing, and reimbursement. Complete special projects as assigned. Act as supervisor in supervisors’ absence.

Administrative Assistant Sr

As an Administrative Assistant Sr in Department of Surgery's Transplant Division you will perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, under general direction. We are looking for self-starter to proactively manage provider calendar(s) of events, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries while maintaining the clinic schedule.

Administrative Associate

As an Administrative Associate in the Department of Surgery you will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support services such as complex calendar management, management of correspondence, information organization and coordination, including paper and electronic files, and dissemination of information to internal and external contacts.
